Change is an inevitable fact of our professional and personal lives. Budget cuts, redundancy and restructuring all present huge challenges to the way we feel and behave and to the way we are able to perform at work.
The ability to cope confidently with these changes with great personal resilience is what defines successful, happy people and yet, so many people, understandably, find change unsettling and difficult.
This programme enables delegates to achieve a clear understanding of organisational change, and of how its impact on individuals and teams can be effectively supported through the use of coaching.
At the end of the programme, delegates will:
Understand what is meant by organisational change, what drives change and what their part, as managers, is in the change continuum
Understand the impact of change on individuals and how to support this through coaching
Have a range of tools for getting the most from coaching including; listening skills, powerful questioning techniques and a framework for structuring high quality coaching conversations
Understand the factors which will minimise the negative impact of organisational change on staff and what influence they can have on these factors as managers
